When we submitted our concept, we asked ourselves a simple question: What does luxury mean today?

Our apartment is designed with modern lifestyles in mind. There is plenty of natural light, open courtyards for gatherings, and quiet areas for personal retreat. It is stylish, but it also feels like home. That is the true strength of our luxury apartment architecture design.
We are proud that our work named Toya Raga: Tempat Jiwa Beristirahat dan Tubuh Pulang was able to show how modern living can be both prestigious and sustainable, comfortable yet timeless. Winning at Natadesa in second place is not just recognition, it is a reminder of why we design in the first place: To inspire, to innovate, and to create spaces that matter.

On top of that, we placed water at the heart of our design. For Balinese culture, water is deeply symbolic as “air sebagai esensi pembersihan jiwa (melukat)” which is a source of renewal and purity.
By embracing this philosophy, we proudly infused our heritage into the architecture, ensuring that the design is not only modern and sustainable but also rooted in timeless cultural values.
