Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Drafter located in Denpasar. The Drafter will be responsible for supporting architectural designs, assisting with project development, creating drawings and plans, ensuring design and execution align with project requirements, and collaborating with team members to ensure project success. The role also involves integrating design solutions and participating in project management tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural designs from concept to detailed drawings.
• Produce and revise technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Support coordination between internal teams and clients.
• Ensure drawings align with construction methods and technical standards.
• Contribute to problem-solving during the design and documentation phases.
• Maintain accuracy, clarity, and quality in all project documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (S1) or SMK of Construction and Housing Engineering (TKP) and Building Modeling and Information Design (DPIB).
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with at least 1 year of professional experience as an Architect, supported by a proven portfolio of completed projects, will be prioritized.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Ability to manage design coordination between internal teams and clients.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
