Majoon Guesthouse & Villas

Majoon Guesthouse & Villas is a unique mixed-use development that seamlessly blends tropical design with contemporary modern. The project encompasses a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining areas, 24 guesthouse rooms, and two private villa buildings, offering guests a harmonious balance of style, comfort, and nature.

Restaurant Concept:
The restaurant is designed with an open-space concept that embraces its natural surroundings. A central tree serves as a striking focal point, fostering a seamless connection between architecture and nature. The tubular-shaped roof, which also functions as a skylight, not only enhances natural lighting but becomes a key architectural feature that reinforces the contemporary character of the façade.

Guest House & Villa Concept:
The guesthouse and villa areas exude a fresh and chic ambiance while maintaining a tropical atmosphere. A cohesive color palette of white and sage blue is applied throughout, aligning with Majoon’s brand identity. Patterns inspired by nature, curvilinear shapes, and the integration of greenery are carefully incorporated to create a serene and inviting environment. These elements come together to offer a vibrant yet tranquil experience, perfectly capturing the spirit of tropical modernity.

Majoon Guesthouse & Villas is a thoughtfully curated destination that invites guests to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a sophisticated yet playful design.
